  • What happens now?

    You’ve purchased a Madaboutgreys shoot. What happens next?

    First we’ll have a telephone chat to talk about what you have in mind for the shoot, what your dog(s) are like, and whether studio or location would work best. We’ll discuss studio backgrounds, or locations if we are shooting outdoors, and agree dates and timings. Once all the details are sorted I’ll send you a photoshoot plan and confirmation.   • The Photoshoot

    At this point, the creative process begins. Whether it’s a studio session or one on location, my aim is to ensure that your dog is relaxed and comfortable, and to create a pleasant experience for you both.

    Then, with your dog chilled, and the technical aspects all gripped (of course), the moments unfold and the Madaboutgreys magic happens!

    But the magic doesn’t end there. After your shoot, I’ll be carefully working on your images, retouching and polishing to create something truly special. Click right 👉

  • The Big Reveal!

    You will receive a private viewing gallery with fully processed images from which you can pick your favourites and order your chosen products or artwork. I’ll be on hand to help with any questions and to go through final designs with you before 👉

  • Delivery!!

    Your images are passed to my professional printing partners in the the UK or Europe, where fine art prints, albums or stunning wall art are produced to my exacting standards. Then they are packed with great care and delivered to your door for you to…

  • I'm based in Richmond in west London and cover a large area including London, Surrey, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Kent, Essex and Sussex.

    Travel is included to locations within a 20 mile radius of Richmond, but I'm happy to travel further afield with just a modest charge for additional mileage.

  • I offer both - the choice is yours.  

    My studio style is elegant and classic, perfect for creating a stunning piece of artwork for your walls.

    Outdoor shoots can take place at a favourite park or local beauty spot, they're more informal: a chance to get some great action shots or relaxed images of your pet in the best of the natural light.

  • I've got this! Difficult dogs are my forte. I always give nervous dogs bags of time to settle. I work with rescue animals and understand that they sometimes have special needs and need sensitive handling. And I love canine hooligans.

    I have photographed many hundreds of dogs professionally and have worked with all sorts of personalities.  I'm confident we can work together to get some great images of your pet.

  • Of course!  I was a cat owner for years (or perhaps they owned me…). And I’ve been hooked on cat photography ever since I did a series of cat assignments for a major publisher a few years back.

    I adore photographing horses. I offer lifestyle photoshoots at your livery or a favourite hacking area. Or if you have access to an indoor school or similar and your horse is reasonably chilled I can offer studio style equine portraiture.  

    I've also photographed reptiles,  rabbits, and rare breed sheep for clients.  I love doing interesting commissions for unusual pets - just ask.

  • The HD Acrylic

    Wall display with the ultimate wow factor. High gloss acrylic mounted prints are perfect for showing off your images in a modern setting. Using the same technique employed by museums and leading galleries, your image is sealed under acrylic glass, to give it remarkable depth and  the best colour rendition. Bonded using the finest UK made fine art adhesive your images are fully UV protected & sealed to last a lifetime.   • The Orb

    I can offer circular acrylic orbs as well as more conventional rectangular shapes. All the attributes and wow factor of the standard acrylics but in a circular shape! Like the rectangular acrylics, these orbs can be supplied as is and ready to hang or with frames. Prices start at £210 for a 12” diameter orb.

  • The Fine Art Canvas

    Always popular, Fine Art Canvases work well in both traditional and modern settings. Created using the latest colour print technology and the best Fine Art materials, each canvas is hand-stretched by skilled craftsmen and finely coated with museum grade UV varnish mix for a lasting finish. Canvases can be supplied as is and ready to hang, or framed (see some of the frame options scan right). Prices start from £230 for a 16 x 12" canvas.

  • The Folio Box

    Your favourite pictures, printed on Fuji Silk or Mohawk Eggshell fine art paper,  mounted on rigid board backing.  The prints are stored in a custom-made presentation box, finished in textile or leatherette (a huge range of colours is available) and personalised with the name of your pet. Prices start from £200 for a box with five mounted prints in 8x10" size.  Larger sizes and extra prints also available.  

  • Photo Books and Albums

    I offer coffee table Photo Books (pictured above) designed round your favourite pictures from your shoot.  Just choose the images and leave the rest to me.  Hard cover, printed on premium lustre paper.  Photobook prices start from £200 for a 25x20cm book with 20 pages.

    I also offer traditional Photo Albums designed to your specification in a wide range of sizes, at prices starting from £295.


  • Framed Artwork: Tray Frame Bronze

    If you're after something truly special and unique, I work with the best supplier in the country to offer a huge range of bespoke framing options for prints, canvases and HD acrylics.

    Tray frames in black or gold are a perfect choice for added to canvases and acrylics.
